Ville de Québec provides grant funding through Component 1 of the Soutien aux artères commerciales program to revitalize local commercial districts across the city. The program assists commercial merchant associations, business improvement areas, and local non-profit groups in executing streetscape improvements and promotional events. Eligible applicants receive non-repayable financial assistance covering up to 50% of eligible urban revitalization expenses to a maximum of $50,000 CAD.
