Regions and Rurality Fund (RRF) - Component 3 - MRC ‘Signature innovation’ projects

This program encourages MRCs to develop a strong territorial identity through a major innovative project. It provides a dedicated budget (usually around $1M - $3M per MRC) to fund initiatives that align with a specific "innovation niche" chosen by the region, such as sustainable health, green transition, or digital transformation.
