Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions provides financial contributions through the Regional Defence Investment Initiative to strengthen the defence and security industrial base across Québec. The program assists small and medium-sized enterprises in integrating global defence supply chains, upgrading manufacturing security, and commercializing dual-use technologies. Eligible businesses receive financial contributions covering up to 50% of eligible capital and technology adoption costs to a maximum of $5,000,000 CAD.
