This program enables Indigenous groups to pursue opportunities for employment, income generation, and wealth creation. The Community Readiness and Opportunities Planning (CROP) stream specifically supports community-led projects that build economic capacity and plan for future growth. Funding helps enhance local resources, develop skills, and strengthen the economic foundation of communities in Canada's three territories.
