Next Generation Manufacturing Canada provides grant co-funding through the Advanced Manufacturing Homebuilding Challenge to accelerate factory-built housing innovation across Canada. The program supports collaborative consortia of Canadian manufacturers, modular construction firms, and technology automation providers in deploying advanced robotics and digital manufacturing processes for home construction. Eligible collaborative projects receive non-repayable grant funding covering up to 40% of eligible technology adoption expenses to a maximum of $5,000,000 CAD.
