Canadian Heritage provides grant funding through the Business Development component of the Canada Book Fund to strengthen Canadian book publishing businesses. The program assists independent Canadian book publishers in adopting digital publishing technologies, expanding supply chain distribution, and upgrading marketing infrastructure. Eligible Canadian publishing enterprises receive non-repayable grant contributions covering up to 75% of eligible business growth costs to a maximum of $100,000 CAD.
