The MRC Beauce-Centre provides grant funding through the Programme d'aide en optimisation to assist local commercial and manufacturing businesses in improving productivity. The program supports small and medium-sized enterprises in engaging specialized consultants to execute lean manufacturing assessments, digital workflow integration, and operational process re-engineering. Eligible commercial enterprises receive non-repayable financial assistance covering up to 50% of eligible consultant fees to a maximum of $25,000 CAD.
